Sivico Learning is the consultancy practice of Simon Kear.

Over my career, I’ve worked across digital learning, technology-enabled skills and capability development and organisational change, helping organisations make better decisions about how technology supports performance.
Today, that challenge is even greater. AI is evolving rapidly. Skills are shifting. Workflows are becoming more complex. The external environment is increasing volatile. And competitive advantage is about the very fine lines.
