Sivico Learning is the consultancy practice of Simon Kear.
I work with SMEs and organisations who know they need to improve how they use learning technology, develop their people and adapt to change but aren’t quite sure where to start.
I am based in Oxford with easy access to London, South East England and the Midlands.
Over my career, I’ve worked across digital learning, technology-enabled skills and capability development and organisational change, most recently as Director of Education Platforms at Nord Anglia Education.
