Sivico Learning is the consultancy practice of Simon Kear, a specialist in learning technology, digital transformation, and organisational capability development. 

Before choosing to step away and found Sivico Learning in early 2026, Simon was Director of Education Platforms at Nord Anglia Education, where he oversaw the evolution of the organisation's major digital learning environments, Nord Anglia University (Docebo) and Global Campus (Moodle). 

His work has supported tens of thousands of learners and educators across the globe.

Simon is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute and a head judge for the annual Learning Awards. 

Sivico Learning is professionally indemnified up to £2,000,000. Services are offered outside IR35 on a project-by-project basis. 

Sivico Learning uses Microsoft 365 Business, ensuring workflow interoperability and secure storage of Client data.
