What I do

Sivico Learning doesn't sell learning systems.


I help organisations choose the right learning solutions to meet their objectives and needs, based on what they are trying to achieve rather than a new technology feature set.


Digital learning no longer lives in a single platform. As organisations move towards skills-based workforce planning, AI‑powered skills inference and more complex learning ecosystems, taking a holistic view of workforce development technology has become essential.


Through Sivico Learning, I bring together a deep understanding of organisational people development, detailed knowledge of the supplier market, and a close view of sector trends. I ask the informed pedagogic and technical questions of suppliers that are often missed and help clients navigate procurement, implementation, and change with confidence.


My work is technology‑agnostic and spans discovery and requirements definition, vendor engagement and procurement, and full implementation through to go‑live. 


I work directly with clients on a B2B project basis, leading the work personally and collaborating with trusted specialists when required.

Sivico Learning can support contract negotiations and advise on total cost of ownership and any possible innovation budget allocation (this is especially pertinent to AI).
