I bring deep domain expertise in learning technology and pedagogy, combined with practical experience of procurement, compliance, and large‑scale technical implementation. My background spans the UK Higher Education, public sector and corporate environments, giving me a rounded perspective on both educational and organisational contexts.

Rather than specialising in a single platform or approach, I focus on helping organisations make informed, sustainable decisions - translating needs into technical, operational, and strategic roadmaps that align to organisational objectives.

Strategic leadership in learning technology and transformation

I have led organisation‑wide digital learning strategies, working closely with senior leaders to align technology investment with business and learning outcomes. This includes:

Advising and influencing at C‑suite and executive level
Translating learning and capability needs into credible technical and operational roadmaps
Building business cases with measurable ROI

Delivery, governance, and implementation

My experience is grounded in delivery as much as strategy. I have managed multiple large‑scale, multi‑year platform developments, with responsibility for governance, risk, budgets, and outcomes.

This includes:

Project and programme management (PRINCE2 and ITIL foundations)
Oversight of enterprise learning platforms, including Docebo and Moodle
Vendor selection, procurement, contract negotiation, and value assurance
Governance of data, compliance, cyber security, and reporting

Operational leadership and change

Technology change only succeeds when people come with it. I have led large functional teams and supported organisations through complex change, with a strong focus on adoption, capability building, and stakeholder alignment.

I work closely with educators, L&D teams, IT, operations, compliance, cyber security, and senior leadership to ensure decisions are understood, supported, and embedded.

Data‑informed decision‑making and impact

I place strong emphasis on evidence and outcomes, not just activity. My work includes:

Ownership of reporting dashboards and evaluation frameworks
Demonstrating KPIs and impact against strategic objectives
Using analytics to inform strategy, platform improvement, and learner experience

Pedagogical expertise

Alongside technology leadership, I bring deep pedagogical understanding. I have led award‑winning learning design teams and worked across higher education, K‑12, and professional learning contexts.
